Podmienky členstva v Democracy International - podklad pre hlasovanie referendom v OZ PD


Myšlienka priamej demokracii, ktorá umožní viac demokracie=vlády ľudu a menej vlády politikov a politických strán ovládaných finančnými skupina, čo zapričiňuje prebujnenú korupcii následnú sociálnu nespravodlivosť atď., je nielen v hlavách nás členov OZ PD, ale každého človeka túžiaceho po lepšom živote na tomto svete. Ľudia s takouto túžbou sa prirodze zoskupujú do občianskych skupín, občianských verejných organizácii, aby mohli túto myšlienku spoločne rozvíjať a hľadať vo svojom okolí i v tomto globálnom svete spojencov k vzájomnej podpore pri presadzovaní viac demokracie vo svojej krajine a na celom svete.
Organizácia Democracy International e.V. (DI) so sídlom v Kolíne n/Rýnom v Nemecku sa zhostila tejto úlohy, aby postupne spojila a zosieťovala tieto občianske skupiny a občianské organizácie do jednoliatej organizácie a tak sa mohli podporovať pri presadzovaní spoločných myšlienok a cieľov. Postup pre získanie členstva je vypísanie prihlášky a zaplatenie ročného členského poplatku 40€. Potom nasleduje ďaľší krok a to vstup do konsília DI. V tomto grémiu sú zastúpenie krajiny zastúpene príslušnými skupinami. O prijatí do konsília - a to je v našom prípade bezproblémové - rozhoduje Rada a konsilium DI.
